Fans at Saturday's non-league battle between the South Beauregard Knights (Longville, LA) and the visiting Pineville Rebels (Pineville, LA), saw South Beauregard's soccer squad triumph over Pineville by a count of 5-0.
The Knights (6-2) will now prepare for their battle against Grant (Dry Prong, LA). The Cougars enter the non-league battle with a 2-5 record. In their last battle, Grant was overwhelmed by West Ouachita (West Monroe, LA), 5-1, in a non-league battle.
Next up, the Rebels battle the Alexandria Trojans (Alexandria, LA) in a Division I District 2 battle, on Monday, December 9. Pineville will attempt to upgrade on its 5-3 season record.
