The crowd at Sunday's non-league challenge between the Christ the King Royals (Middle Village, NY) and the visiting Eagle Academy Eagles (Bronx, NY), observed Christ the King's basketball team edge Eagle Academy by a score of 82-79.

The Royals (2-0) will now prepare for their challenge against St. Raymond Boys (Bronx, NY). The Ravens come into the Catholic AA - New York challenge with a 0-2 record.

Next up, the Eagles meet the Stevenson Ambassadors (Bronx, NY) in a PSAL 4A Manhattan/Bronx battle, on Monday, December 8. Eagle Academy will attempt to advance on its 3-2 season record.
