T.W. Andrews Red Raiders (High Point, NC) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Western Guilford Hornets (Greensboro, NC), 81-63 in a non-league bout.

With the win, T.W. Andrews upgrades its record to 4-0 on the season. The Red Raiders travel to Thomasville (Thomasville, NC) to clash with the Bulldogs in a 1A/2A Conference 33 bout on Tuesday, December 14. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a record of 1-1. Thomasville won 72-57 in their recent league bout against North Rowan (Spencer, NC)

Next up, the Hornets clash with the Northwest Guilford Vikings (Greensboro, NC) in a 4A Conference 55 bout, on Friday, December 10. Western Guilford will attempt to upgrade on its 1-3 season record. The Vikings go into the bout with a 3-0 record after their 83-39 non-league win over Eastern Guilford (Gibsonville, NC).
