California High School Basketball - Biggs can't hold off Portola

The Biggs Wolverines basketball team (Biggs, CA), was nudged 59-53 in Thursday's non-league battle with the host Portola Tigers (Portola, CA)

The Tigers now possess a 5-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Quincy for a non-league battle on Friday, December 9. Portola will battle a Trojans team coming off a 67-33 non-league win over Biggs (Biggs, CA). The Trojans record now stands at 3-1.

The Wolverines (2-2) will now prepare for their battle against Loyalton (Loyalton, CA). The Grizzlies come into the non-league battle with a 2-3 record. In their last battle, Loyalton was nudged by Portola (Portola, CA), 67-50, in a non-league battle.
