In Thursday's non-league outing, the Branham Bruins (San Jose, CA) basketball squad nipped the host Saratoga Falcons (Saratoga, CA), by a margin of 73-71.
The Bruins (6-1) will now prepare for their outing against Leigh (San Jose, CA). The Longhorns go into the non-league outing with a 4-2 record. In their last outing, Leigh got by Westmont (Campbell, CA), 65-41, in a non-league outing.
The Falcons now own a 1-4 record. They play next when they travel to Westmont for a non-league outing on Friday, December 9. Saratoga will clash with a Warriors squad coming off a 65-41 non-league loss to Leigh (San Jose, CA). The Warriors record now stands at 1-5.
