In Thursday's non-league match, the host Conroe Tigers basketball team scored a tight 59-52 triumph over the Nacogdoches Dragons.
In their next game, the Tigers face the New Caney Eagles (New Caney, TX) in a 6A Region II District 13 match, on Friday, December 16. Conroe will attempt to move on its 7-3 season record.
