The Lena-Winslow Panthers basketball team scored 57 points and held the host Forreston Cardinals to 28 in the Panthers non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Panthers now sport a 2-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Durand for a Northwest Upstate Illini - North contest on Tuesday, December 13. Lena-Winslow will meet a Bulldogs team coming off a 63-46 non-league loss to Warren (Warren, IL). The Bulldogs record now stands at 4-3.

The Cardinals (2-3) will now prepare for their contest against Winnebago (Winnebago, IL). The Indians enter the non-league contest with a 1-2 record.
