The Ingleside Mustangs basketball team scored 72 points and held the visiting John Paul II Centurions to 46 in the Mustangs non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Mustangs now sport a 6-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Incarnate Word Academy for a non-league contest on Friday, December 9. Ingleside will battle a Angels team coming off a 73-51 non-league loss to Bishop (Bishop, TX). The Angels record now stands at 10-5.

The Centurions (5-10) will now prepare for their contest against Incarnate Word Academy (Corpus Christi, TX). The Angels enter the non-league contest with a 10-5 record. In their last contest, Incarnate Word Academy was routed by Bishop (Bishop, TX), 73-51, in a non-league contest.
