The Paul Laurence Dunbar Bulldogs basketball team scored 54 points and restricted the visiting Woodford County Yellowjackets to 51 in the Bulldogs non-league victory on Thursday.

The Bulldogs now sport a 2-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Lexington Christian for a District 43 contest on Tuesday, December 13. Paul Laurence Dunbar will battle a Eagles team coming off a 79-70 non-league win over Garrard County (Lancaster, KY). The Eagles record now stands at 3-1.

The Yellowjackets (0-3) will now prepare for their contest against Anderson County (Lawrenceburg, KY). The Bearcats come into the District 30 contest with a 3-2 record. In their last contest, Anderson County edged Trimble County (Bedford, KY), 71-48, in a non-league contest.
