Kalida Wildcats (Kalida, OH) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Archbold Blue Streaks (Archbold, OH), 49-41 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Kalida upgrades its record to 3-2 on the season. The Wildcats travel to Crestview (Convoy, OH) to play the Knights in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 17. The Knights go into the bout with a record of 2-2.

Next up, the Blue Streaks play the Perrysburg Yellow Jackets (Perrysburg, OH) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, December 27. Archbold will attempt to upgrade on its 6-2 season record.
