California High School Basketball - Century ripped by El Modena

The El Modena Vanguards basketball team scored 50 points and held the visiting Century Centurions to 20 in the Vanguards league triumph on Thursday.

The Vanguards now sport a 5-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Savanna for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 13. El Modena will battle a Rebels team coming off a 31-21 non-league win over Saint Joseph (Lakewood, CA). The Rebels record now stands at 2-4.

The Centurions (1-1) will now prepare for their contest against Estancia (Costa Mesa, CA). The Eagles enter the non-league contest with a 8-4 record.
