In Thursday's non-league match, the host Hope Christian Huskies basketball team scored a good 49-41 triumph over the Eldorado Golden Eagles.

In their next game, the Huskies meet the Volcano Vista Hawks (Albuquerque, NM) in a non-league match, on Friday, December 9. Hope Christian will attempt to move on its 2-2 season record. The Hawks enter the match with a 5-1 record after their 51-45 non-league win over Centennial (Las Cruces, NM).

With the defeat, Eldorado moves to 1-2 on the year. The Golden eagles travel to Centennial (Las Cruces, NM) to meet the Hawks in a non-league match on Friday, December 9.
