Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Flintridge Prep Wolves (La Canada, CA) and the host Valley View Eagles (Moreno Valley, CA), saw Flintridge Prep's basketball squad knock off Valley View by a count of 73-63.

With the victory, Flintridge Prep upgrades its record to 8-0 on the campaign. The Wolves host Westridge (Pasadena, CA) to play the Tigers in a Prep challenge on Friday, December 9. The Tigers come into the challenge with a record of 1-4. Westridge lost 65-19 in their recent league challenge against Polytechnic (Pasadena, CA)

Next up, the Eagles play the Yucaipa Thunderbirds (Yucaipa, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, December 10. Valley View will attempt to upgrade on its 8-1 season record. The Thunderbirds come into the challenge with a 5-3 record after their 76-38 non-league loss to Rosary Academy (Fullerton, CA).
