Illinois High School Basketball - Latin knocked off by Lane Tech

The Lane Tech Lane Tech basketball team scored 50 points and held the visiting Latin Romans to 31 in the Lane Tech non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Lane Tech now sport a 4-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to DePaul College Prep for a non-league contest on Saturday, December 10. Lane Tech will battle a Rams team coming off a 66-59 league win over Resurrection (Chicago, IL). The Rams record now stands at 6-2.

The Romans (4-2) will now prepare for their contest against Regina Dominican (Wilmette, IL). The Panthers enter the non-league contest with a 5-2 record. In their last contest, Regina Dominican ran past Morgan Park Academy (Chicago, IL), 44-19, in a league contest.
