With the victory, Laurel improves its record to 2-0 on the campaign. The Spartan host Sharpsville (Sharpsville, PA) to confront the Blue Devils in a non-league challenge on Saturday, December 17. The Blue Devils come into the challenge with a record of 2-1.

Next up, the Rams confront the Sewickley Academy (Sewickley, PA) in a WPIAL 2A 1 challenge, on Monday, December 19. Rochester will attempt to improve on its 0-2 season record.
