The Arvin Bears basketball team scored 54 points and restricted the host Rosamond Roadrunners to 17 in the Bears non-league victory on Thursday.
The Bears now sport a 2-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Independence for a non-league contest on Saturday, December 10. Arvin will battle a Falcons team coming off a 58-35 non-league win over Wasco (Wasco, CA). The Falcons record now stands at 6-3.
The Roadrunners (1-2) will now prepare for their contest against California City (California City, CA). The Ravens come into the contest with a 1-1 record. In their last contest, California City triumphed over McFarland (McFarland, CA), 58-49, in a non-league contest.
