The Lead-Deadwood Golddiggers (Lead, SD) basketball knocked off the host Bennett County Warriors (Martin, SD), 69-56 in Friday's non-league test.
The Golddiggers (1-0) will now prepare for their test against Harding County (Buffalo, SD). The Ranchers go into the non-league test with a 1-0 record. In their last test, Harding County notched a victory over Newell (Newell, SD), 64-20, in a league test.
The Warriors now own a 0-2 record. They play next when they travel to Gordon-Rushville for a non-league test on Friday, December 15.
