California High School Basketball - Biggs winner over Yreka

December 8, 2023: Yreka, CA 96097

In Friday's non-league outing, the Biggs Wolverines (Biggs, CA) basketball squad felled the host Yreka Miners (Yreka, CA), by a margin of 67-58.

The Wolverines (5-4) will now prepare for their outing against Lassen (Susanville, CA). The Grizzlies go into the non-league outing with a 4-5 record. In their last outing, Lassen was beaten by Mt. Shasta (Mt. Shasta, CA), 62-48, in a non-league outing.

The Miners now own a 2-4 record. They play next when they travel to Etna for a non-league outing on Saturday, December 9. Yreka will clash with a Lions squad coming off a 78-24 non-league loss to St. Bernard's (Eureka, CA). The Lions record now stands at 0-4.
