Boonville Pioneers (Boonville, IN) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Tecumseh Braves (Lynnville, IN), 52-21 in a league bout.

With the win, Boonville upgrades its record to 1-2 on the season. The Pioneers travel to Pike Central (Petersburg, IN) to play the Chargers in a Pocket bout on Tuesday, December 12. The Chargers go into the bout with a record of 0-4. Pike Central lost 46-44 in their recent league bout against Southridge (Huntingburg, IN)

Next up, the Braves play the Tell City Marksmen (Tell City, IN) in a Pocket bout, on Friday, December 15. Tecumseh will attempt to upgrade on its 2-2 season record. The Marksmen go into the bout with a 1-4 record after their 48-33 non-league loss to Northeast Dubois (Dubois, IN).
