Brantley Bulldogs (Brantley, AL) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Central Jaguars (Milton, FL), 63-55 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Brantley upgrades its record to 2-1 on the season. The Bulldogs travel to Walton (DeFuniak Springs, FL) to play the Braves in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 9. The Braves go into the bout with a record of 2-0. Walton won 37-36 in their recent league bout against South Walton (Santa Rosa Beach, FL)

Next up, the Jaguars play the Laurel Hill Hoboes (Laurel Hill, FL) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, December 9. Central will attempt to upgrade on its 6-2 season record. The Hoboes go into the bout with a 1-3 record after their 71-53 non-league loss to Florala (Florala, AL).
