In Friday's league outing, the Kearsarge Cougars (North Sutton, NH) basketball squad edged the visiting Campbell (Litchfield, NH), by a margin of 53-50.
The Cougars (1-0) will now prepare for their outing against Hillsboro-Deering (Hillsboro, NH). The Hillcats go into the Division III outing with a 1-0 record. In their last outing, Hillsboro-Deering held off Somersworth (Somersworth, NH), 61-45, in a league outing.
The now own a 0-1 record. They play next when they host St. Thomas Aquinas for a Division III outing on Tuesday, December 12. Campbell will clash with a Saints squad coming off a 68-22 league win over Berlin (Berlin, NH). The Saints record now stands at 1-0.
