The Century Centurions basketball team scored 48 points and held the host Vista Meridian Meridian Eagles to 32 in the Centurions non-league triumph on Friday.

The Centurions now sport a 7-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Samueli Academy for a non-league contest on Monday, December 11. Century will meet a Firewolves team coming off a 58-4 non-league win over NOVA Academy (Santa Ana, CA). The Firewolves record now stands at 4-4.

The Meridian Eagles (1-6) will now prepare for their contest against Calvary Chapel (Downey, CA). The Grizzlies enter the Western contest with a 2-8 record. In their last contest, Calvary Chapel was outscored by Monrovia (Monrovia, CA), 64-41, in a non-league contest.
