With the win, Crosby-Ironton upgrades its record to 2-0 on the season. The Rangers host Pierz (Pierz, MN) to clash with the Pioneers in a AA Section 7 bout on Friday, December 15. The Pioneers go into the bout with a record of 3-0. Pierz won 59-48 in their recent non-league bout against Royalton (Royalton, MN)

Next up, the Bluestreaks clash with the Greenway Raiders (Coleraine, MN) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, December 12. Chisholm will attempt to upgrade on its 2-1 season record. The Raiders go into the bout with a 1-2 record after their 88-51 non-league loss to Rock Ridge co-op [Eveleth-Gilbert/Virginia] (Eveleth, MN).
