Nevada High School Basketball - Churchill County trounces Sage Ridge

The Churchill County Greenwave (Fallon, NV) basketball crushed the visiting Sage Ridge Scorpions (Reno, NV), 76-39 in Friday's non-league test.

The Greenwave (3-2) will now prepare for their test against North Valleys (Reno, NV). The Panthers go into the non-league test with a 3-0 record. In their last test, North Valleys walloped Dayton (Dayton, NV), 44-40, in a non-league test.

The Scorpions now own a 0-5 record. They play next when they host Galena for a non-league test on Saturday, December 9. Sage Ridge will encounter a Grizzlies squad coming off a 56-50 non-league win over South Tahoe (South Lake Tahoe, CA). The Grizzlies record now stands at 2-2.
