The Paton-Churdan Rockets basketball team (Churdan, IA), was overwhelmed 63-20 in Friday's non-league battle with the host Coon Rapids-Bayard Crusaders (Coon Rapids, IA)
The Crusaders now possess a 7-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Exira-EHK for a Freelance battle on Tuesday, December 12. Coon Rapids-Bayard will confront a Spartans team coming off a 84-67 non-league loss to IKM/Manning (Manning, IA). The Spartans record now stands at 4-1.
