California High School Basketball - West Valley nipped by Corning

The Corning Cardinals tipped the visiting West Valley Eagles basketball team by a final score of 65-62 in Friday's non-league game.

In their next game, the Cardinals face the Redding Christian Lions (Palo Cedro, CA) in a non-league game, on Saturday, December 9. Corning will attempt to move on its 3-4 season record. The Lions enter the game with a 4-1 record after their 73-42 non-league win over Central Valley (Shasta Lake, CA).
