Lake Central Indians (St. John, IN) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Culver Academies Eagles (Culver, IN), 59-24 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Lake Central upgrades its record to 4-0 on the season. The Indians travel to Mishawaka Marian (Mishawaka, IN) to play the Knights in a non-league bout on Friday, December 15. The Knights go into the bout with a record of 2-3. Mishawaka Marian won 65-27 in their recent non-league bout against Plymouth (Plymouth, IN)

Next up, the Eagles play the Hammond Academy of Science & Tech Hawks (Hammond, IN) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, December 9. Culver Academies will attempt to upgrade on its 2-2 season record. The Hawks go into the bout with a 2-4 record after their 67-50 non-league loss to Highland (Highland, IN).
