The Farmersville Farmers basketball team scored 68 points and restricted the visiting Pittsburg Pirates to 41 in the Farmers non-league victory on Friday.
The Farmers now sport a 4-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Collinsville for a non-league contest on Friday, December 8. Farmersville will battle a Pirates team coming off a 62-52 non-league win over Pittsburg (Pittsburg, TX). The Pirates record now stands at 1-0.
The Pirates (3-8) will now prepare for their contest against Ferris (Ferris, TX). The Yellowjackets come into the non-league contest with a 5-10 record. In their last contest, Ferris triumphed over Whitesboro (Whitesboro, TX), 55-51, in a non-league contest.
