Texas High School Basketball - Fouke can't hold off Union Grove

The Union Grove Lions basketball team scored 46 points and restricted the visiting Fouke Panthers to 43 in the Lions non-league victory on Friday.
The Lions now sport a 5-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Harts Bluff for a non-league contest on Friday, December 8. Union Grove will battle a Bulldogs team coming off a 69-49 non-league win over Cumby (Cumby, TX). The Bulldogs record now stands at 8-6.
The Panthers (9-3) will now prepare for their contest against Cooper (Cooper, TX). The Bulldogs come into the non-league contest with a 4-1 record. In their last contest, Cooper edged Detroit (Detroit, TX), 43-12, in a non-league contest.
