Ohio High School Basketball - Grandview Heights can't hold off Mt. Gilead

The Mt. Gilead Indians basketball team scored 53 points and held the visiting Grandview Heights Bobcats to 47 in the Indians non-league triumph on Friday.

The Indians now sport a 2-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Highland for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 12. Mt. Gilead will battle a Fighting Scots team coming off a 63-43 league loss to Marion Harding (Marion, OH). The Fighting Scots record now stands at 0-3.

The Bobcats (2-2) will now prepare for their contest against Bishop Ready (Columbus, OH). The Silver Knights enter the non-league contest with a 1-1 record. In their last contest, Bishop Ready nudged Bexley (Columbus, OH), 45-42, in a non-league contest.
