The South Christian Sailors (Grand Rapids, MI) basketball crushed the visiting Holland Christian Maroons (Holland, MI), 64-40 in Friday's non-league test.
The Sailors (1-1) will now prepare for their test against Rockford (Rockford, MI). The Rams go into the non-league test with a 1-1 record. In their last test, Rockford was trounced by Byron Center (Byron Center, MI), 65-60, in a non-league test.
The Maroons now own a 2-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Holland for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 12. Holland Christian will battle a Dutch team coming off a 48-38 non-league loss to Coopersville (Coopersville, MI). The Dutch record now stands at 1-2.
