With the victory, Provine improves its record to 8-2 on the campaign. The Rams travel to Lanier (Jackson, MS) to confront the Bulldogs in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, December 12. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a record of 4-7. Lanier won 50-42 in their recent non-league challenge against Forest Hill (Jackson, MS)

Next up, the Tigers confront the West Jones Mustangs (Laurel, MS) in a 6A Region 3 challenge, on Tuesday, December 12. Jim Hill will attempt to improve on its 2-8 season record. The Mustangs come into the challenge with a 5-6 record after their 65-63 non-league win over Kemper County (DeKalb, MS).
