Northpoint Christian Trojans (Southaven, MS) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Lee Academy Colts (Clarksdale, MS), 68-33 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Northpoint Christian upgrades its record to 4-1 on the season. The Trojans host Ridgeway (Memphis, TN) to play the Roadrunners in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 9. The Roadrunners go into the bout with a record of 5-3. Ridgeway lost 52-50 in their recent non-league bout against Southwind (Memphis, TN)

Next up, the Colts play the Kirk Academy Raiders (Grenada, MS) in a MAIS 4A District 1 bout, on Friday, December 8. Lee Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record.
