Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the New Braunfels Unicorns (New Braunfels, TX) and the visiting O'Connor Panthers (Helotes, TX), saw New Braunfels's basketball squad hold off O'Connor by a tally of 59-55.

With the victory, New Braunfels improves its record to 15-2 on the campaign. The Unicorns host Stony Point (Round Rock, TX) to confront the Tigers in a non-league challenge on Friday, December 8. The Tigers come into the challenge with a record of 12-0. Stony Point won 68-50 in their recent non-league challenge against Clemens (Schertz, TX)

Next up, the Panthers confront the Hutto Hippos (Hutto, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, December 8. O'Connor will attempt to improve on its 12-6 season record. The Hippos come into the challenge with a 6-7 record after their 79-68 non-league win over Sam Houston (San Antonio, TX).
