Texas High School Basketball - Woodsboro can't hold off Poteet

The Poteet Aggies basketball team scored 53 points and restricted the visiting Woodsboro Eagles to 46 in the Aggies non-league victory on Friday.
The Aggies now sport a 2-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Falls City for a non-league contest on Saturday, December 9. Poteet will battle a Beavers team coming off a 39-31 non-league loss to Goliad (Goliad, TX). The Beavers record now stands at 1-3.
The Eagles (4-6) will now prepare for their contest against Cuero (Cuero, TX). The Gobblers come into the non-league contest with a 4-2 record. In their last contest, Cuero edged Goliad (Goliad, TX), 85-71, in a non-league contest.
