North Carolina High School Basketball - Ardrey Kell tops Sun Valley

December 8, 2023: Charlotte, NC 28277

Ardrey Kell Knights (Charlotte, NC) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Sun Valley Spartans (Monroe, NC), 56-48 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Ardrey Kell upgrades its record to 7-1 on the campaign. The Knights travel to Cuthbertson (Waxhaw, NC) to play the Cavaliers in a non-league bout on Monday, December 11. The Cavaliers come into the bout with a record of 3-5. Cuthbertson won 52-31 in their recent non-league bout against Indian Land (Fort Mill, SC)

Next up, the Spartans play the Queen's Grant Stallions (Matthews, NC) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, December 12. Sun Valley will attempt to upgrade on its 4-4 season record. The Stallions come into the bout with a 0-5 record after their 73-6 non-league loss to University Christian (Hickory, NC).
