Texas High School Basketball - Panther Creek knocked off by Boyd

The Boyd Broncos basketball team scored 41 points and held the visiting Panther Creek Panthers to 31 in the Broncos non-league triumph on Friday.
The Broncos now sport a 9-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Braswell for a 6A Region I District 5 contest on Tuesday, December 12. Boyd will battle a Bengals team coming off a 38-34 non-league win over Skyline (Dallas, TX). The Bengals record now stands at 13-2.
The Panthers (10-8) will now prepare for their contest against Nimitz (Irving, TX). The Vikings enter the non-league contest with a 3-6 record. In their last contest, Nimitz was defeated by Pearce (Richardson, TX), 39-31, in a league contest.
