With the victory, Roane County upgrades its record to 6-3 on the campaign. The Yellowjackets host Polk County (Benton, TN) to play the Wildcats in a 2A District 3 challenge on Tuesday, December 12. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a record of 4-2. Polk County won 35-23 in their recent non-league challenge against Copper Basin (Copperhill, TN)

Next up, the Patriots play the Chattanooga Girls Leadership Academy Mustangs (Chattanooga, TN) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, December 9. Chattanooga School for the Arts & Sciences will attempt to upgrade on its 0-6 season record. The Mustangs come into the challenge with a 0-4 record after their 65-4 league loss to Copper Basin (Copperhill, TN).
