The Denton Broncos topped the host Independence Knights basketball team by a final score of 36-24 in Friday's non-league game.
In their next game, the Broncos face the Richland Royals (North Richland Hills, TX) in a 5A Region I District 7 game, on Tuesday, December 12. Denton will attempt to move on its 6-7 season record.
