The Gresham Gophers basketball team (Gresham, OR), was overwhelmed 49-23 in Friday's non-league battle with the host Grant Generals (Portland, OR)
The Generals now possess a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Newberg for a non-league battle on Tuesday, December 12. Grant will confront a Tigers team coming off a 62-39 non-league win over Canby (Canby, OR). The Tigers record now stands at 2-1.
The Gophers (2-1) will now prepare for their battle against Roosevelt (Portland, OR). The Roughriders come into the non-league battle with a 2-1 record. In their last battle, Roosevelt was overwhelmed by Hillsboro (Hillsboro, OR), 54-28, in a non-league battle.
