Arkansas High School Basketball - Sheridan can't hold off Hamburg

The Hamburg Lions basketball team scored 55 points and restricted the visiting Sheridan Yellowjackets to 50 in the Lions non-league victory on Friday.
The Lions now sport a 6-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Junction City for a non-league contest on Monday, December 11. Hamburg will battle a Dragons team coming off a 53-40 league loss to Rison (Rison, AR). The Dragons record now stands at 1-5.
The Yellowjackets (7-3) will now prepare for their contest against Pine Bluff (Pine Bluff, AR). The Zebras come into the 5A South contest with a 1-5 record. In their last contest, Pine Bluff was nudged by Mills University Studies (Little Rock, AR), 67-45, in a non-league contest.
