Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Renaissance Academy can't hold off Norristown

December 8, 2023: Phoenixville, PA 19460

The Norristown Eagles basketball team scored 51 points and restricted the host Renaissance Academy Knights to 46 in the Eagles non-league victory on Friday.

The Eagles now sport a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Penn Wood for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 12. Norristown will battle a Patriots team coming off a 51-39 non-league win over Merion Mercy Academy (Merion Station, PA). The Patriots record now stands at 2-1.

The Knights (1-2) will now prepare for their contest against The Christian Academy (Brookhaven, PA). The come into the Bicentennial - Constitution contest with a 0-1 record. In their last contest, The Christian Academy was nudged by Varsity Opponent (, ), 32-16, in a league contest.
