Mississippi High School Basketball - Sumter Central can't hold off Southeast Lauderdale

The Southeast Lauderdale Tigers basketball team scored 42 points and held the visiting Sumter Central Jaguars to 38 in the Tigers non-league triumph on Friday.
The Tigers now sport a 3-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Magee for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 12. Southeast Lauderdale will battle a Trojans team coming off a 55-31 non-league loss to Forrest County Agricultural (Brooklyn, MS). The Trojans record now stands at 4-5.
The Jaguars (1-4) will now prepare for their contest against Pickens County (Reform, AL). The Tornadoes enter the non-league contest with a 0-0 record.
