Nebraska High School Basketball - Tri County routs Southern

December 8, 2023: DeWitt, NE 68341

In Friday's league outing, the Tri County Trojans (DeWitt, NE) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Southern Raiders (Wymore, NE), by a margin of 45-9.

The Trojans (2-1) will now prepare for their outing against Lewiston (Lewiston, NE). The Tigers go into the non-league outing with a 0-3 record. In their last outing, Lewiston was trounced by College View Academy (Lincoln, NE), 29-18, in a non-league outing.

The Raiders now own a 0-2 record. They play next when they travel to Deshler for a non-league outing on Saturday, December 9. Southern will clash with a Dragons squad coming off a 52-22 non-league win over Sterling (Sterling, NE). The Dragons record now stands at 3-0.
