Red Mountain Mountain Lions (Mesa, AZ) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the visiting Chandler Wolves (Chandler, AZ), 27-25 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Red Mountain upgrades its record to 1-0 on the campaign.

Next up, the Wolves play the O'Connor Eagles (Phoenix, AZ) in a non-league bout, on Monday, December 11. Chandler will attempt to upgrade on its 1-4 season record.
