The Apex Friendship Patriots basketball team scored 64 points and restricted the visiting East Chapel Hill Wildcats to 38 in the Patriots non-league victory on Friday.

The Patriots now sport a 5-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Holly Springs for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 12. Apex Friendship will battle a Golden Hawks team coming off a 52-38 non-league loss to Leesville Road (Raleigh, NC). The Golden Hawks record now stands at 1-3.

The Wildcats (4-2) will now prepare for their contest against Southern Alamance (Graham, NC). The Patriots come into the non-league contest with a 1-2 record. In their last contest, Southern Alamance was routed by Southeast Alamance (Haw River, NC), 63-57, in a non-league contest.
