Washington High School Basketball - Pope John Paul II knocked off by Evergreen Lutheran

The Evergreen Lutheran Eagles basketball team scored 45 points and held the visiting Pope John Paul II Eagles to 36 in the Eagles non-league triumph on Friday.
The Eagles now sport a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Sound Christian for a non-league contest on Monday, December 11. Evergreen Lutheran will battle a Lions team coming off a 67-40 non-league loss to Orcas Island (Eastsound, WA). The Lions record now stands at 1-2.
The Eagles (0-2) will now prepare for their contest against Muckleshoot Tribal (Auburn, WA). The Kings enter the non-league contest with a 0-1 record.
