Forsyth Country Day Furies (Lewisville, NC) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host GRACE Christian Eagles (Raleigh, NC), 57-34 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Forsyth Country Day upgrades its record to 1-1 on the season. The Furies travel to Wesleyan Christian Academy (High Point, NC) to play the Trojans in a bout on Tuesday, December 12. The Trojans go into the bout with a record of 8-1. Wesleyan Christian Academy won 60-53 in their recent non-league bout against Charlotte Christian (Charlotte, NC)

Next up, the Eagles play the Ravenscroft Ravens (Raleigh, NC) in a non-league bout, on Monday, December 11. GRACE Christian will attempt to upgrade on its 3-5 season record. The Ravens go into the bout with a 1-3 record after their 69-35 non-league loss to Cardinal Gibbons (Raleigh, NC).
