The The Covenant Eagles (Charlottesville, VA) basketball crushed the visiting North Cross Raiders (Roanoke, VA), 57-26 in Friday's non-league test.
The Eagles (4-0) will now prepare for their test against Boys' Home (Covington, VA). The Hilltoppers go into the non-league test with a 0-1 record. In their last test, Boys' Home was trounced by Victory Baptist Academy (Beaver, WV), 49-31, in a non-league test.
The Raiders now own a 0-3 record. They play next when they host Westover Christian Academy for a non-league test on Tuesday, December 19. North Cross will encounter a Bulldogs squad coming off a 37-30 non-league loss to Roanoke Valley Christian (Roanoke, VA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 3-2.
