In Friday's league challenge, the Castle View Sabercats (Castle Rock, CO) ice hockey team nudged the visiting Dakota Ridge Eagles (Littleton, CO), by a margin of 3-2.
The Sabercats now possess a 3-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Resurrection Christian for a non-league challenge on Saturday, December 9. Castle View will clash with a Cougars team coming off a 3-1 league loss to Standley Lake (Westminster, CO). The Cougars record now stands at 1-2.
The Eagles (1-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Chaparral (Parker, CO). The Wolverines enter the challenge with a 2-0 record. In their last challenge, Chaparral Glenwood Springs (Glenwood Springs, CO), 4-4, in a non-league challenge.
